Scenes of Impact

One of the worst threats to our National Security

Lottery tells a complex story, based on non-fictional documented historical facts featuring a large number of fictional characters , requiring the reader to, numerous times adjust as the characters grow up and age before their eyes, and much backstory to understand these actors’ motivations. With no one person to follow. The documented black and white footage morphs into an educational documentary. The result makes for a feature film, documentary and or a mini-series that doesn’t fit the usual paradigm, but has a compelling drive and will offer a solid message for audiences when produced by visionary filmmakers.

1957 Lottery begins when a United States foreign policy pronouncement, The Eisenhower Doctrine was passed into law. Resulting in Middle Eastern Countries having to decide on whether it will be the United States of America or Russia who will be supplying them with economic and Military aid. Iraq becomes an ally of Russia. Beginning a cycle of hate and revenge. The year 1961, to everyone’s delight except the family matriarch, Gabir, is when a sleeper cell from Hilla, Iraq, moves to the United States of America, and lies in wait until one member wins a lottery prize of 1.5 billion dollars, and provides the funds for their retaliation, While back in the United States, Eisenhower is sending the National Guard to quell the mobs and protect nine black students attempting to enter their High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. On Broadway, West Side Story tells another story of racial tension and is the 1st major musical to portray violence at its opening on Broadway. In small towns across America, people go through their daily lives, unaware of the trouble brewing elsewhere
